The following positions are available:

Manager of Network Operations

As the manager of our network engineering team, this candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of IMSA's network staff and has a very strong understanding of TCP/IP, Windows NT/2000, UNIX, Linux, Terminal Server and/or Citrix, MS SQL Server, and is self-motivated. This person will report directly to the CTO and will collaborate on client and internal projects, set forth goals and meet project deadlines as defined by senior management.  Must work with little or no supervision.

Senior LAN/WAN Engineer

Responsibilities include setting up servers, routers, and switches in a Windows NT/2000 environment with heavy emphasis on Internet connectivity and wide area networking with a minimum 5 years hands-on experience.  Must have extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN's, RAID configurations, and other networking related functions.  Knowledge of Microsoft Clustering Technology and redundancy is a must.  Experience with Windows NT/2000, Windows Terminal Server and/or Citrix connectivity, DNS, IIS, Microsoft Exchange, strong Microsoft SQL 7.0 and SQL 2000 skills, Web servers, firewall setup and configuration, proxy, and backup solutions.  UNIX/Solaris and/or Linux experience.  Experience with gigabit Ethernet topology and e-commerce also big pluses.

Web Developer

This person will be responsible for the dynamic web presence of IMSA as well as all of our clients.  Our ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience using Microsoft FrontPage 2000, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Premier, Macromedia Dreamweaver, CGI and Java scripts, Perl, ASP, and other web authoring tools.  Candidate will also be producing online chat rooms and discussion forums and working on our e-commerce sites.  Along with submitting your resume, please submit some sample sites that you have worked on.

Media Streaming Specialist

One of the emphasis on our company is the ability to provide our clients with fast, clean media streaming.  This person will be responsible for setting up streaming servers using Windows Media Technologies, Real Systems Server, and QuickTime.  Ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge in audio and video encoding, knowledge of streaming protocols such as http and mms streams, and setting up server side redundancies.  Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft IIS and experience in live broadcasts also a must.
